Sprinfield U9 341 for 3 vs Brentwood U9 258 for 3
What a massive difference this week against the same team we played last weekend! Well done everyone. We only lost 3 wickets this week compared to 13 last week - that’s fantastic! Well done to Jack, Joseph and Daniel for hitting some 4’s and to George M, Ryan and Ben for getting the 3 wickets of Springfield. This was our first league game, and although we lost, there was improvement all round, especially when batting - not losing as many wickets. 258 is a great score against a much bigger team. Things we can work on - concentration in the field, hands out of pockets (!!) - that way you are ready to make some great catches! Man of the match this week is George Mortlock for an all-round effort. Well done to everyone. Thanks to Mark for taking the team and Simon for scoring. |
