Brentwood won the toss and elected to bowl on a moist wicket
Peacock and captain Fordham bowled tightly as did all the bowlers but the pick of them was probably Bull and Kimble 2 over 3 wickets for 7
Maldon ended on 55
Even though not many runs were needed Brentwood knew they had to bat sensibly on a tricky pitch
Bainbride and Fox started off the innings in abrupt fashion taking 11 of the first 2 overs until bad calling meant Fox was back in the pavilion
Stone then hit some lovely drives until he was stumped on 18
Eventually it was left to Bainbridge 16 no and Payne 12no to tidy up the innings
A good win for Brentwood, all the boys bonding well and all the parents helping out
