Brentwood captain Harry Larner won the toss and went into bat first. The most important thing today was the loss of only 2 wickets, so very well done. Freddie had an awesome game today, hitting his fist ball for a 6 and smashing 4 fours. He also managed to claim a wicket during his bowling spell and stumped another as wicket keeper. His partnership with George knocked up a huge 40 runs in total. George’s second bowling over was a maiden over - well done. Braden was another who had a great turn at the crease. He scored 21 runs - his partnership with Joe was 29 in total. Harry and Jack were very impressive running quickly between the stumps. Harry also claimed 3 wickets in his two bowling overs. Other wickets today were from Ryan, Zach, Hritik and Braden. A brilliant catch from Yasmine meant we claimed 9 wickets today. You played really well as a team today. Man of the match today was Freddie Wise - well done Freddie. Well done to you all. Thank you to the parents who helped out with umpiring and refreshments.
