The team totally outclassed Billericay last night,  A good batting performance by whole team setting a formidable target of 326 , Will and Jack opening the innings with a quick fire  42 , the highest by a pair this year. They were  followed by  the pair of Ollie and Ben F. Wonderful shot making by  Ollie and Ben F pushed the total through 270.Brentwood kept the pressure on with the next pair   Jacob and Ben P, Ben P hitting  a season  best of 22 run , one mighty 6 the pick of bunch. What was impressive in the match  was that the players are starting to value their wickets with the loss of only 3- well done boys

Brentwood used all 10  players to bowl each bowling 2 over’s each- Ben F and Ollie opened the bowling , This was Ben Fs best performance with the ball and is getting better every time he bowls . Ollie was his normal destructive self  with line and length and a couple of early wickets  , after this  Billericay never recovered and the result was never in doubt.

Special Mentions

Jacob Knighbridge- Hit twice by the ball  but a real warrior who stayed on the field  to Bowl  his best spell of the season with incredible pace.
