The Buccaneers won the Dukes Essex T20 title for the third consecutive year on Sunday 28th July 2013 when they beat Chelmsford in the Final by 36 runs. Brentwood had beaten Ardleigh Green in the Semi-Final earlier in the day by 99 runs. Man of the Match for the Final was Aaron West for a sparkling innings that helped Brentwood to post a competitive score of 174. Ian Belchamber also deserves special mention for bowling 4 overs for just 13 runs to restrict Chelmsford.
