Gautham and Stone opened the batting and started sensibly before Gauthm then Raj lost their wickets cheaply.
Payne joined Stone in the middle and the pair started to rebuild the innings with Stone not putting a foot wrong in hardly any shot he played. Payne was caught out just before the drinks break for 44 by this time Stone had already made a 50 and looked set for an even bigger score.
Mortlock 16 then Wingrove 13 assisted Stone as he placed the ball in practically every part of the ground, finally being caught behind for an absolutely fantastic 150 with 3 balls remaining.
After their 40 overs Brentwood ended up on 256 for 6
After tea Fordham and Berry opened the bowling and it looked like with such a big score the game was not going to be that close, but even though Fordham 6 overs 3 for 13, Gautham 4 overs 2 for 17, Bull 5 overs 1 for 30 and Brailey 3 overs 1 for 8 took wickets continuously they could not stop Malik scoring 128 not out.
Harold Wood end up on 176 for 7
A brilliant game of cricket and 2 marvellous centuries
